The successful candidate will have post registration experience within Dementia or community Care, knowledge and experience of older adults with mental health needs or be able to demonstrate your transferrable skills, resilience and commitment through your application and at interview The post holder will provide specialist assessments, reviews and nursing interventions to service users accessing the Cognitive Impairment & Dementia Service (CIDS).
