This role involves coordinating a motivated and dedicated nursing team and ensuring that the day-to-day management of the department meets our goals. As part of the role you are expected to Lead and manage the team of staff within the department. This includes appraisals mandatory training compliance and ensuring a positive staff experience. If you are a dedicated, energetic individual and have excellent communication skills with a passion for the delivery of emergency care we would like you to apply.
