We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, recovery practitioner with fantastic leadership skills to support our busy team within the Theatre recovery department as a Band 7 The post holder will be required to Manage the Recovery Theatre Team, supervise, assess, develop, implement and evaluate perioperative patient care and work closely with all disciplines to ensure the effective running of the recovery area and supported services within the Health board Theatre suites. A passion for Recovery is a must along with 2 years experience at Band 6 level within this field. As the Recovery Speciality Manager you will be expected to undertake both clinical and non-clinical duties. The post holder will be involved in attaining and reporting key performance indicators. The post holder will be responsible for staff deployment, supervision and teaching within the clinical areas and provide clinical and managerial leadership to Nursing/Operating Department Practitioners and support staff. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
