Permanent position, 37.5 hours per week. Perform technical and operational administration to maintain, support, and configure the FDP platform and associated technologies. Ensure adherence to IG and security protocols, continuously monitoring platform health and escalating issues as needed. Contribute to the development and implementation of processes for platform administration, reporting, and monitoring. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to assess platform performance, usage, and SLA/KPI compliance. Engage in service improvement activities, aligning platform capabilities with regulatory and organisational demands. Participate in the testing and impact assessment of platform changes to ensure seamless operational delivery. Collaborate across the programme and NHS teams, promoting best practices, and contribute to training and guidance development. About us Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in technical platform administration within a complex organisational setting. Demonstrated competence in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining large technology platforms Experience in business intelligence reporting and working across multiple teams and suppliers. Familiarity with SaaS/cloud-based technologies and adherence to data protection and security standards. Ability to provide end-user support and engage effectively with stakeholders across disciplines. Desirable Experience: Professional IT or user support experience. Awareness of ITIL Service Management best practices. Knowledge of the NHS and complex data analysis. Familiarity with data platforms and information systems development.
