Antenatal Services are recruiting a Clinic Administrator to work within Antenatal Clinic. The post will be across the City Hospital Campus and Queen's Medical Centre Campus. The role will encompass a wide range of tasks and variety, giving the post holder the opportunity to develop and learn new skills, whilst providing a valuable service to our patients. Maintain accuracy of patient information Deal appropriately with enquiries, by telephone and in person, from staff and the general public, seeking advice or referring elsewhere if necessary. Once trained to be able to competently use CareFlow and other information technology systems and participate in training programmes to develop and update personal skills to meet the needs of the department.
