This will include governance, research, training and the use of imports. Design and development of a taxonomy leading to an ontology will help to ensure we can provide views and answers for our users, in the language they are used to. About us Key Functional Responsibilities Operational As a senior lead working internally and externally to deliver projects,initiatives and services to time and in a cost effective way. To support the identification and sharing of best practice in metadata management to support service improvement. To operate in a highly political and sensitive environment. Support the portfolio of programmes/projects in demonstrating value for money tracking, managing and delivering agreed benefits. Provide specialist advice and prepare strategic reports and briefings for directors and stakeholders. In depth analysis, interpretation and production of complex and multiple reports. To monitor, interpret and quality assure progress against deliverables to NHS England and NHS Improvement that often require adjustments specifically in relation to the complex corporate business agenda, strategic objectives and the business planning process. To develop business plans and provide expert strategic and policy advice and guidance on all areas of the National Directors portfolio.
