These posts are most suitable for experienced senior neonatal trainees or post-CCT paediatric trainees who want to hone their skills in independent clinical leadership before taking up a consultant post. The post is with the London Neonatal Transfer Service at the Royal London Hospital.Depending on individual training needs, rota(on between the transfer service and the tertiarymedico-surgical neonatal unit at Royal London Hospital can be arranged. The post offers a robust academic programme and numerous opportunities to participate in audits and quality improvement projects, fostering professional growth. Clinical Fellows areencouraged to engage in educational programmers, training/teaching and quality improvement/audit activity. The work schedule follows a full-shit pattern. Eligibility for GMC registration with a licence to practice and prior experience at the middle grade level is essential. Senior Clinical Fellow in Neonatal Transport London Neonatal Transport Service (NTS) NTS operates three daytime transfer teams: 2 dual clinicians (Doctor or ANNP and Nurse) crews responding to emergency uplifts, one single clinician team focusing on repatriations and an overnight dual clinician emergency team. A dedicated 24/7 NTS Consultant Neonatologist is available for clinical and operational support. "}
