An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team, as the Principal Pharmacist, Outpatients . We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to lead and develop the outpatient pharmacy service for the Trust. Epsom and St Helier have retained in house out-patient dispensing and the pharmacy team manage the supply of medicines to the full range of specialties seen here in our clinics. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivating leader who will transform the service provided to our patients. We need someone who is inspiring and who will re-invigorate and re-invent our processes delivering a professional, efficient and caring service. You will need to have had hospital experience to understand how hospital prescribing, hospital only and formulary medicines work and perhaps you will also have experience of community pharmacy from which you can bring your commercial skills. This is a senior role requiring someone with proven managerial and change management skills and experience. You will be working with a team of pharmacy assistants, technicians and pharmacists on two sites who are passionate about delivering a high class service.
