Attenborough Surgery have a fantastic vacancy for a newly qualified Salaried GP to join our Bushey and one other site, for 4-8 sessions per week under the ARRS scheme. We have a diverse team of clinicians including first contact physio who can inject, large pharmacy team, paramedics team to support duty doctor, in-house dietitian and social prescriber, and an award-winning in-house first contact mental health worker. We offer; Competitive salary. 2.5 hour surgery lengths. 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro rata. Open door policy- supportive environment. We hold weekly lunchtime in-house training sessions and 11am huddle each day. There are many teaching opportunities with GP trainees and Cambridge medical students. Portfolio careers supported. Focus on continuity of care and high quality general practice. High levels of patient satisfaction. Working across 2 local sites. Modern purpose built premises with GP parking. Mixture of acute and chronic care- option for double appointments. Fantastic reception and admin team.
