An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Medicine Care Group as a new Smoking Cessation service is being set up. This will focus on providing inpatients with support to help them stop smoking. We are looking for a Band 3 Smoking Cessation Advisor to work as part of a small team delivering this support. The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking face to face smoking cessation assessments with inpatients and liaising with the clinical and community teams involved in the patients' care and onward cessation journeys.
