The ward works along side Chartwell Suite, Haematology day unit where patients receive chemotherapy and supportive therapies. This post will be a rotational post between both units, working a combination of long days, nights and weekends. Applicants should be highly motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active. The post holder will work as part of the nursing team in supporting the ward manager to run an effective and safe ward. Lord North and chartwell treat patients throughout their treatment pathway providing individualised, compassionate and informed care. Please note that this role may often attract a high level of applications. Please note this role may close earlier than the original closing date so please ensure you submit your application as soon as possible. You should be able to combine autonomy with team working sensitivity and professionalism. You will be expected to adopt a holistic, pro-active and dynamic approach, being responsible for the delivery of a high standard of care and service to the patients.
