About us This role as Speech and Language Therapist will provide a service to three Hospitals: Hazelwood House: Chesterfield Hazelwood Houseis a 12 bedded low secure unit for adult Males with a Primary diagnosis of Learning Disabilities who have additional complex care needs. These may include Autism and Mental Health Needs. Hazelwood House also has a one bedded bespoke therapeutic apartment.
