If you have the background, experience and innovation in developing and delivering a high standard of therapeutic intervention for young people and families then this is the post for you. Working with SET-CAMHS, you will be part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team working together to support the delivery of evidence-based interventions to children, young people and families experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties.The post-holder we are seeking will be an experienced and highly skilled practitioner, fully registered with the appropriate professional body and can demonstrate leadership in professional and clinical spheres. You will have a breadth of experience in child and adolescent mental health services and feel passionate and excited to help shape and deliver services to best support the needs of the local population in North Essex. The post holder will work alongside the Clinical Lead and Team Manager to help support the delivery of psychological support across the service. They will be responsible for assessment, treatment and systematic outcome measurement and provide clinical supervision of staff. The post holder will be accountable for their own professional actions and will work within professional ethics & NELFT NHS Trust Policies. As a senior psychological practitioner within the service, you will bring highly developed knowledge of specialist therapeutic assessment, formulation and intervention skills and specific knowledge and expertise in psychological interventions. This post would suit someone with a strong interest in working with young people who present with complexity and significant levels of distress, working with the wider systems including education, social care and family/carers.
