You must maintain a high standard for all food and beverage preparation including hot, cold and ambient items. The post will consist of varied duties to include taking patients meal orders face to face, serving patient meals, clearing away, washing up, cleaning of departments and equipment, food prep, receiving and monitoring deliveries, putting food items away, following all guidance on labelling and stock control. In return, you will receive full support, training and guidance to enable you to undertake all catering duties.
