We are looking for a nurse who has experience of working with people with Multiple Sclerosis or experience in neurology, ideally having worked as a clinical nurse specialist although induction, training and support will be provided according to their level of experience. This is a fixed term 12 months post to cover maternity leave. The post holder will need to be innovative and active in improving patient pathways. They will have excellent communications skills and will be able to work collaboratively with members of the team. About us As a Multiple Sclerosis Nurse Specialist, you would be working as an expert resource in Multiple Sclerosis providing support, advice and education. You will be working closely with patients, carers, neurologists, GP's, the wider multidisciplinary team and stakeholders across secondary and primary care. The role will include nurse led clinics, phone advice and ward referrals. "}
