To carry out or oversee the repair / maintenance or installation of complex plant and equipment associated with premises administered by the Trusts Estates department. This will involve a multi skilled approach as well as the full range of duties associated with the post holder's core trade. Professionally the post holder will be expected to maintain their appearance in line with the Trust dress code. They will uphold the Trust's values and behave in a manner fitting with the responsible position of the role. They will maintain professional and courteous working relationships with staff and respect the equality and diversity of each and every person they come into contact with during the course of their work duties. The role will undertake planned and reactive maintenance of essential systems across the diverse services of the Trust estate. You will need to have the ability to analyse faults and undertake rectifications to ensure continuity of service.
