Locala Community Nursing teams work across Kirklees providing district nursing care for adult patients within their home including care homes. We provide a range of nursing care to patients who are housebound and unable to be supported within a clinic or practice. Our teams provide excellent care to their patients and support them to maximise their independence by promoting self-care. As part of our commitment to continually improve our Community Nursing services, several opportunities have arisen to enhance our teams. The new Senior Nurse role is integral role within our teams, delivering excellent nursing care whilst supporting colleagues with their practice and professional development. As a NMC registered Nurse you will undertake the supervisory responsibilities to community colleagues under the guidance and support of the Community Nurse Team Leader, working as a multidisciplinary team providing adult community nursing services across the primary care network footprint.
