The opportunity has arisen to work within our elective Orthopaedic and post-acute trauma ward B6. Ideally we are looking for individuals that are hard working, reliable and enthusiastic with previous experience within trauma and orthopaedics from both a ward and/or out patient setting, yet this is not essential. The main duties of the role will be to work within a team to provide safe, efficient and effective care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care on a daily basis. To be able to carry out a full range of clinical skills, to be able to work without direct supervision, maintain a safe environment, to be able to work under pressure in a high acurity trauma unit, monitor patients care and treatment and to document and raise any concerns on top of maintaining your own professional development and learning.
