Lead and manage a team of approximately 67 colleagues, overseeing daily operations across MFT, Portering, and Waste Management. Plan and coordinate service delivery, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Oversee budgetary responsibilities for relevant services, contributing to cost control and continuous improvement.
