Care Coordination : Collaborate closely with Consultant medical staff, ward and departmental teams, and other Clinical Nurse Specialists within The Christie hospital to ensure a seamless care pathway. Patient Support : Conduct holistic needs assessments for both inpatient and outpatient services within your speciality.
