The successful applicant will hold a dysphagia clinical caseload, support the development of others and have opportunities to lead on service improvement projects. The post holder should have knowledge and skills in paediatric dysphagia, (level C or above RCSLT dysphagia competencies). Liaison with the MDT is an integral part of the role.
