The service uses SystmOne as a clinical IT system to support mobile working. The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective management of a caseload, ensuring the delivery of high standards of evidence-based nursing care. The Post offered is full time and sits in a multidisciplinary team providing community services 7 days per week 07:00-20:30 hours. Applicants will be a registered nurse; with a minimum of 2 years community experience and a desire to develop. The role contains variety every day with a mixture of face-to-face clinical practice, clinical triage, leadership and management. You will be responsible for the line management of several clinicians, have the opportunity to participate in HR processes including recruitment, appraisals and supporting junior members of the team. Training, supervision and performance management of other members of the multidisciplinary team which may include Assistant Practitioner ,Nursing Associates, Therapy Assistant Practitioners, Health Care Assistants and Rehab Support Workers and students, with assistance from more senior members of the team.
