The successful candidate will be Managing a team of specialist Acute Pain Service (APS) nurses in the provision of inpatient acute pain management. Maintaining a high standard of care, providing specialist knowledge and education to members of the multidisciplinary team. Responsible for the management of nursing practice and standards of patient/client care, whilst promoting the values, philosophy and objectives of the trust. You will be innovative within your approach, able to prioritise your own workload and that of others as well as having excellent communication skills.
