We have an exciting opportunity to join the administration team within the Nutrition and Dietetics department at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust in a varied secretarial and administrative role. We are looking for an outstanding, highly motivated, reliable and experienced individual to deliver excellence within their role and the department. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals including service users, clerical and clinical staff, both within the department and the wider trust. We are a friendly, supportive, busy department where you will be a key member of the team, providing necessary support to ensure we are able to deliver our service to children, young people and their families in various settings both inpatient and outpatient. You will work closely with the administration team, Co-ordinator and dietitians to provide an excellent service. You should demonstrate strong team working skills, have a caring attitude and passion for people. You will be flexible and conscientious and have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards. Previous NHS experience would be desirable but not essential. To provide comprehensive secretarial administrative service to the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics Team. The post holder will be expected to prioritise their workload with the Dietetic Head of Services,senior Dietetic staff, and admin team in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation of the work. It is essential that the post holder should exercise initiative commensurate with the role and vital that confidentiality is always maintained. Full duties can be seen on attached Job Description. Hours will be 22.5 over 4 days with Tuesday's off.
