The Service provides referral management and appointment booking services to Whittington Adult Community Services. This is the chance to be part of something transformative and innovative and have a positive impact on how we improve patient pathways. Post holder will also register, source and upload documents for new patients, book and reschedule appointments for all patients and process the outcomes from appointments. Post holder will be competent in the use of the computer software RIO, Medway. The post holder will be expected to always provide excellent customer care using Trust Customer Care Standards. The post holder will also be expected to travel across Whittington Health sites as required . The post holder will work as part of the MSK Services administrative team, including working on reception, supporting patients and clinicians with managing the patient journey. This particularly links in the urgent physiotherapy service. Please see job description for detailed information About us The post holder will work closely with the wider MSK Services Administration team and will be expected to help cover MSK Single Point of Access (SPOA) administrative/clerical duties using Rio, Careflow and eRS (choose and book). Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think on their feet and have the ability to organise and prioritise workload. You should be able to demonstrate excellent time management, organisational skills and have a working knowledge of Word and Excel. "}
