You will be involved in the co-production of holistic, evidenced based, care plans in line with the Personalised Care Framework. You will provide interventions to a variety of people and their families known to the CMHT enhanced team, to promote recovery and resilience. You will practice within the legal and ethical framework set out by mental health related legislation to ensure that service users interests and well-being are at the fore. You will work collaboratively with other statutory and VCSE organisations in line with relevant policies, you will liaise, advise, develop and maintain good relationships with service users, carers, relatives and fellow health, social care professionals who are involved in the delivery of services. On a day to day basis you will be supported by a shift lead who provides appropriate supervision/advice to others.
