Do you want to work for a Trust that prioritises staff wellbeing and be actively involved in this? The Wellbeing Matters Team at Berkshire Healthcare are looking for a part time experienced Psychologist to join them at either Band 7 or Band 8a. You'll provide psychological support to individuals, as well as developing and delivering sessions for teams - online and in person. You'll be working as part of an experienced, dynamic and responsive team of psychological practitioners. With no waiting list, you can provide proactive support as it is needed. We encourage staff progression and growth and this position provides opportunity for innovative continued professional development. Our Wellbeing Matters Team work with the latest evidence-based specialist psychological models and techniques. This is a well balanced role. It involves travel between sites alongside home working and providing staff with virtual support. This is an autonomous post, so you will need to manage your own diary to coincide with the needs of the teams you are supporting, as well as attending team meetings with your colleagues at London House in Bracknell twice a month. This is a part time role with normal working days as Wednesday mornings, and Thursdays and Fridays 9.00-17.00. Applications are processed as they are received. To support the development and delivery of the Specialist Psychological Staff Support Service Provide specialist assessment, formulation and interventions to individual staff, teams and managers. As an experienced mental health practitioner, you will direct and supervise junior staff and resources within their area of responsibility and take an active participation in clinical quality assurance and learning programmes To communicate specialised, complex and sensitive information and advice to staff members and other professionals, including information about challenging team dynamics or staff psychological wellbeing needs.
