The role will also involve supporting the management team in enhancing and improving retail services. The successful applicant will need to be able to multi task and able to lead a busy fast paced department with the ability to manage several tasks at any one time. About us To manage the day to day operation of a fast paced food operation ensuring the high standards are maintained and to advise on any potential improvements to the service. To ensure all HACCP documentation is accurate and completed challenging any gaps. To manage the Healthroster system for the team. To ensure all staff are adequately trained for all aspects of the service. To ensure all rotas are correctly filled using the most cost effective methods To ensure all staff are effectively supervised The management of cash relating to the retail operations on site To support the Catering lead on site in ensuring service provision is of the highest professional standards. If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
