The post will involve close MDT working and working autonomously around the community. Excellent communication skills are required and a good knowledge base of dementia and generic mental health conditions. Good assessment skills will be required , must be able to write comprehensive reports . Good interagency collaborative skills and the ability to focus on empowering service users to live well with dementia.
