We are looking for motivated Band 5 nurses to work within our Out of Hours District nursing team, to cover our 8pm-8am 7 days a week model. You will be keen to continue learning and develop the competencies needed to give evidence based care to your patients in their own home. Clinical decision making skills and a problem solving approach is an essential component of this role. You will be a good team player who can also work autonomously on your own, escalating and reporting back appropriately. The service operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to cover our 8pm-8am 7 days a week model. You will also have the opportunity to be mentored and full support will be given to develop and enhance your skills. The post holder is responsible for the delivery of clinical care to a defined population. Supported by senior practitioners, they will deliver care within the boundaries of their role.
