Experience of being involved in and delivering this is essential. The successful applicant will provide leadership for a diverse team across three different sites within the Trust. Alongside being responsible for the day to day running of the Paediatric Outpatients service the post holder will also promote excellence in care in the Child Development Unit, acting as a resource and having the ability to give expert advice to Children and Young People and their families with complex health needs. They will work closely with other clinical nurse managers, doctors, and the directorate leadership team to provide an excellent service for patients and their families. You will be a pivotal link in providing assurance to the wider divisional team. A good understanding of trust policy and HR processes is crucial, alongside clinical governance, risk management and patient safety. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be resilient, creative, innovative and flexible.
