They are also accountable for managing associated transformation and adoption requirements and liaising with system partners for EPR, business change and organisational transformation. The post holder will develop and deliver strategic and operational efficiency through the delivery of the EPR, quality and safety through the development of short-, medium- and longer-term transformational plans both internally and externally in partnership with our wider system partners and Devon and Cornwall Acute Providers and in line with the 'Frontline Digitalisation' and 'what good looks like' (WGLL).
