Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver co-production and engagement projects across the CYP division. Manage the expert-by-experience team and oversee training for all stakeholders on co-production practices. Embed feedback mechanisms and analyze service user insights to shape service delivery. Support the Youth Board and establish the Parent and Carer Board to ensure representation and inclusivity. Build and nurture partnerships with local schools, faith groups, and community organizations. Drive research initiatives that advance the evidence base for co-production models and best practices. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from service users to national organizations. Person Specification Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (essential); Master's degree and/or project management qualification (desirable). Experience : Proven expertise in co-production, community engagement, and working with underserved populations. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
