Are you: Able to demonstrate experience in Healthcare, have transferrable skills into Therapy. Able to demonstrate an understanding of the role of a Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist. Good at working in a team. Enjoy meeting different people. Good at listening and supporting patients with their goals. Enthusiastic to learn. Work flexibly and adapt a busy working environment, Take responsibility for your work and organise your day. Understand the importance of professional behaviour. Able to Therapeutically handle patient in relation to assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Able to communicate with the appropriate response and manner to both patients and carers / family during emotional times. There is an opportunity for candidates to be offered a training post which would be a Therapy Clinical Support Worker (Band 2) until competencies have been met. We are a friendly and dedicated team. We are keen to support staff to develop knowledge and experience within their job role and along the career pathway.
