Working closely with the Director of Integrated Governance and Head of Corporate Governance they will lead key pieces of work to help plan and manage the implementation of a well-functioning, modern and future focussed governance framework, to ensure systems, processes, practices and procedures are in place to enable the organisation to ensure compliance with the highest standards of governance. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Corporate Governance to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of corporate governance to organisation-wide leadership. This will include planning, organising meetings, and providing comprehensive and high-quality support to a number of committees. The post holder is the main point of contact for Member queries, leading on recruitment processes and co-ordinating induction and development activities. They will also manage the Membership Group.
