This includes role modelling a multi-disciplinary triumvirate team with the Deputy CEO/COO, ensuring clarity of direction and communication to the Clinical Groups and Site teams. To provide inspirational, professional, compassionate leadership and strategic direction to the Trust's medical staff across all sites, in particular preparing them for strategic change programmes, in partnership with the Trust Board and Trust Executive Committee and through proactive leadership of a small team who directly report to you including the deputy and associate medical directors.
