Additionally, the CRHTT responds to the acute needs of service users under a range of mental health teams, including the Early Intervention Service and Perinatal Mental Health Service. We aim to support service users to avoid hospital admission or enable discharge. The Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team in Oxford Mental Health Services is a key part of the Urgent Care Pathway meeting the demands of the Ten-Year Plan to provide Crisis Response and Home Treatment Services to the county of Oxford. Supervision: Provide professional supervision to other team members and step in for the MH Urgent Care Team Manager as needed, ensuring seamless team operations. Team Development: Lead the charge in developing our crisis team by offering your expertise and training, while fostering strong relationships with staff and third sector services. Service Development: Collaborate with leadership and undertake quality improvement initiatives to support the team in achieving fidelity to the Crisis Model.
