The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for providing advice and support to coordinators and administrators in the directorate and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. As an assistant project manager, you will support the Medicines Optimisation team across its varied portfolio of projects and activity, with the following key responsibilities: Lead on various projects and activities, including regularly reviewing operational procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and overseeing the implementation of agreed changes. Provide project management support including developing and managing systems for projects, recording activities and tracking progress Provide day to day support and advice to the coordinators and administrators in relation to administrative duties Ensure consistency across the work programmes and take the lead on projects where appropriate Contribute to the delivery of the functions of the Medicines Optimisation team Developing, updating and maintaining processes and systems used by the Medicines Optimisation team to support business operations About us To be considered for this role, you should be able to particularly demonstrate the person specification criteria in the job advert in your application.
