Healthcare at HMP Belmarsh includes, Dentists, Primary Care, Mental Health, Substance abuse and Pharmacy. Hours Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700 37.5 hours per week Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £57750 per annum FTE - depending on experience. Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course Competency framework Regional and national career development opportunities Our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs Support from the wider team Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks As a Planned Care Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will vary. This role will lead our Planned Care Team who are a bespoke multidisciplinary team delivering routine planned, follow up and recovery care for patients. The Planned Care team will be the largest team in healthcare made up of; a variety of registered and non-registered professionals ensuring our patients receive integrated and co-ordinated care. Your team and you will continue the care of men within the prison, taking over from the Early Days in Custody team after the first 10 days of a patients journey. Developing innovative ways to encourage this large patient group to manage their conditions and support their recovery. Work with the Head of Healthcare and Deputy Head of Healthcare to develop processes and methods to treat, inform and guide the patient group through their treatment, recovery and long term goals. Your team will be made up of dedicated; public health, mental health, primary care and substance misuse practitioners.
