Key Responsibilities: To undertake the duties of an \"Assistant multi skilled\" Craftsperson, including but not limited to: Required to take part in the emergency out of hour On call Rota. Water hygiene maintenance (i.e. water flushing, minor repairs etc). PAT Testing. Fire Extinguisher Inspections. Plantroom inspections. Fire alarm testing. Emergency light testing. Escorting for the Estate service i.e. Suppliers and Contractors and carry out appropriate repair and adjustment tasks as specified. Take part in the emergency out of hour on call rota. Clinical: Responsible for ensuring the post holder understand and meets their professional responsibilities when coming into contact with clients. Responsible for communicating with the clinical team on behalf of the estates manager as and when required. Communication Internal: Estates and Facilities Managers and Staff, Site Clinical Managers, all other Trust Staff as and when required. External: Contractors and Suppliers as specified.
