We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Nurse Associate to join our caring and progressive team at Thanet. You will share the CARE values of the trust and work within a close-knit group of people who bring the feeling of community to the team through their hard work and dedication to the people of the area. You will provide full holistic assessments, and develop patient-centred care plans using the skills and knowledge you have obtained during your foundation degree study. You will be providing individualised high-quality care to patients, so you'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience of working at a Senior Healthcare Assistant level. You will provide supportive leadership to Band 2 and Band 3 colleagues - helping them to develop in their roles.
