You will be responsible for a quality service of food and beverages to our patients at ward level, following set procedures and specifications. Fortnightly shift pattern: Week 1 = Tues, Wed, Sat and Sun 0700-1830 Week 2 = Mon, Thurs, Fri 0700-1830 7 x 10.5 hr shifts over 2 weeks on a rolling rota Week-end enhancements apply @ 1.41% Saturdays and 1.83% Sundays To be responsible for a quality service of food and beverages to our patients at ward level, following set procedures and specifications. To be responsible for kitchen cleaning and the standards of hygiene within the kitchens at ward level and ensuring that the service complies with Food Safety Legislation. You will ensure that high quality Food Hygiene and cleaning standards are maintained at all times. You will be required to work within a team and will need good communication skills to maintain working relationships within the team and present a positive and professional image to patients and visitors.
