We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment interventions for the specified service user group, to carry a caseload as a member of the MDT and to develop theoccupational therapy service provision within the work setting. This role is part of the HPFT rotation scheme, however static posts can be considered as well as full time or part time hours. We can offer you an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge whether you are seeking your first post or considering a change in specialism. We can be flexible in what we offer, depending on your development needs and preferences. You will provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment interventions for the specified service user group including 1-1 and group interventions. You will carry a caseload as a member of the MDT and to develop the occupational therapy service provision within the setting. You will be part of the OT service, which uses the Model Of Human Occupation across the Trust, and the Recovery Through Activity framework for groups. Access to high quality supervision. Preceptorship and KSF processes are an integral part of all the band 5 posts. lots of CPD opportunities available, including a monthly Band 5 CPD Meeting with tutorials and access to OT in-service training events. You can attend in-service training often including outside speakers who are at the forefront of out profession. "}
