To assist in the management of the Standard Operating Procedures pharmacy system and spread sheet. To undertake specific projects as dictated by the Director of Pharmacy . Please see attached JD for full duties. We have an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our Pharmacy team to as an administrative assistant. In this role you will be supporting senior staff, coordinating administrative and governance processes for the Pharmacy department with a focus on the Medicines Optimisation agenda within the trust, and across the BSW healthcare system. You will play a key role, working with a variety of staff to support safe and effective medicines use in a number of different approaches. You will need to be a confident friendly person, good at establishing meaningful working relationships and be able to think outside the box. Prior NHS working is not essential but we need you to be organised, conscientious, reliable, dedicated and pay great attention to detail.
