Your main responsibilities will include- Own and coordinate the budget and forecast processes, providing clear timelines, templates, and guidance to the Commercial Finance Team. Consolidate budgets and forecasts, including presentations and system uploads. Produce detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, including Finance Reference Packs with draft commentary. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Coordinate the month-end process. Complete group consolidations for covenant reporting, NHS reporting, and scenario planning. Develop monthly payroll reports and quarterly forecast files. Build and manage complex financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis. Own and manage Jet Report templates and documents used by finance colleagues. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains within the Finance function. Driving license with access to a vehicle. Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to create complex financial models, perform data analysis, and automate tasks. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Desirable- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Jet Reporting. Proficiency in Macros.
