You will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering group patient education workshops alongside the specialist nurses. You will also be responsible for providing patients with holistic assessments, giving tailored information, signposting to other services such as health and wellbeing programmes and co-ordinating their remote follow up using a follow up database system. Within this role there is scope for developing health promotion and education for patients with Urological cancers and for ensuring that patients are informed and signposted to services within primary and secondary care to enable them to live with and beyond cancer.
