Work lists these need to be managed x2 weekly covering rejections/triaged response, letters outstanding, incomplete, advice and guidance replies, assessment/cancelled/DNA, and awaiting booking. The Medical Secretary will play a crucial role in providing high-quality administration support within our medical practice. Excellent typing skills. Excellent accuracy and good numeracy. An understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality of both patient records and business activities of the partnership. Ability to use own judgment, resourcefulness, common sense and knowledge to respond to patient enquiries and requests and to refer problems and requests to the Practice Manager or Partners as appropriate.
