Develop systems for supporting and disseminating information to Practice Supervisors, Practice Assessors and clinical managers across the Trust. In collaboration with other Student Experience team members, to lead and support the implementation of the NMCs Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment (SSSA) (NMC, 2019/2023). To work with placement areas and HEIs to ensure that all annual clinical placements audits are up to date and to establish and maintain systems for monitoring, reviewing and reporting on the quality of the practice learning environments. To provide support and guidance for Practice and Academic Assessors, Practice Supervisors and staff who support and assess students and learners in clinical practice. To promote and manage the recruitment of final placement students into nursing and nursing associate posts across the Trust and to lead on their development programmes.
