Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Service Support Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support within The Unscheduled Care Department. This role will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure. The role will be based on the Withybush General Hospital site. This is a fixed term/secondment post until 27/12/2025 to cover maternity leave. If you are a Hywel Dda University Health Board employee and are applying for this post as a secondment, agreement for the secondment is needed from your current manager prior to application. This role will specifically focus on: Supporting a range of operational and managerial activities, specifically including the delivery projects set out by the Service Delivery Manager. Supporting the Job Planning process The efficient coordination of Complaints management The efficient coordination of Datix management General administrative support of day to day service operations. The successful candidate will require a sound understanding of using Welsh Clinical Portal and Welsh PAS.
