About us We are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist at Cygnet Aspen Clinic. Cygnet Aspen Clinic is a specialist service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and associated complex needs. We provide assessment, stabilisation, treatment and rehabilitation for up to 16 women. Our service users may have complex trauma histories or have experienced regular placement breakdowns. At Cygnet Aspen Clinic we provide a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care and treatment with a focus on recovery and co-production with service users. This role will involve working contribute to the maintenance and development of the Occupational Therapy department at the hospital. You will be required to provide assessment and treatment of occupational needs, to promote the importance of enabling people to do the things they want, need or are expected to do to support them being well in life. The successful candidate will receive supervision from a senior Occupational Therapist, as well as support from a Regional Lead Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist. Along with access to a wide network of Occupational Therapists, including a band 5 OT peer support forum. Post: (Band 5) Occupational Therapist Salary: £29,544 per annum. As an Occupational Therapist, you will Hold a caseload and utilise effective clinical decision-making and clinical skills to assess, implement and evaluate care Complete full assessments of patients occupational performance including areas of self-care, productivity and leisure Implement specialist group and individual treatments to achieve therapeutic goals Complete all necessary clinical documentation in accordance with the company and professional standards.
